We work alongside you to develop your brief and to understand your ambitions for your home. We will instruct a measured survey, create design ideas and test them out through a feasibility study.

Once a preferred layout has been chosen, we then develop the Planning application and Listed Building Consent application if required. Depending on the specifics of your project, it may be necessary to engage a Structural Engineer or other consultants at this point to support the preparation of planning reports. The planning decision requires a minimum of 8 weeks from the date of submission.

Following planning permission and if required, over the following four to six weeks, the designs and plans undergo a significant level of detail. This encompasses various aspects such as material palettes, room elevations, construction types, power and lighting layouts, joinery drawings, and schedules of works.

We are here to assist during the construction phases if required and we can discuss further during Phase 2.
